这里提供思路，代码请自己写哈

计时器设置计时间隔为 1 分钟，在计时方法中，拿出现在时间，格式化成比如 19:37，当这个文本是你想要的时间点时，就做那要做的事

刚才拿到的格式化文本 用逻辑判断代码块，和你要想到的时间点进行比较，如果相等，则到了你预想的时间点，做你预想的事情就行。
